Breakfast Parfait

I love this yummy breakfast parfait.  With Greek yogurt, apples, and granola you are getting a great balance of protein, fiber and carbs in your first meal of the day.  This is quick and easy to make and can be taken on the go.

Ingredients:
6 oz. Trader Joe's Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt
1 Apple - whatever kind you like
1/4 cup Trader Joes' Vanilla Almond Granola Cereal

Directions:
Spoon yogurt into a bowl.  Slice the apple and place around the yogurt. Sprinkle granola and enjoy:)
