With all the health benefits of Brussels sprouts, it’s smart
to incorporate them into your diet.
Even if you think you don’t like Brussels sprouts, I encourage you to
give this recipe a try! This is a great side dish to pair with a protein to
make a balanced meal.
Ingredients:
1 bunch (or bag) of Brussels sprouts
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves
Rosemary
Sea Salt
Shaved parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place aluminum foil over a
baking sheet. Cut Brussels sprouts
in half lengthwise and place in a large bowl. Coat Brussels sprouts with olive
oil in the bowl. Mash the garlic
cloves and add to Brussels sprouts.
Spread Brussels sprouts over the baking sheet. Sprinkle with rosemary
and sea salt. Cook until edges are
golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
Take Brussels sprouts out of oven and sprinkle parmesan. Place back in
the oven for 4 minutes or until cheese melts.
Remove from heat and serve
Serves 3-4
