Ingredients:
Chocolate Protein Powder I like Whole foods 365 Chocolate Protein Powder
Frozen Strawberries
1/2 cup Low Fat Chocolate Milk, or Skim Milk
Ice Cubes
Directions:
Pour chocolate milk into blender. Add 1 scoop protein powder, a handful of frozen strawberries, and a handful of ice cubes to blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
