Move legs into a wide squat position. Turn toes out so they point sideways, 9:00 and 3:00. Do 20 full squats. Then try pulsing (doing smaller continuous squats without stopping) 20 times. Make sure to keep your weight focused in your heels. Repeat the sequence. Try doing sumo squats everyday to get results.
