Potstickers

Potstickers are a great low calorie, high protein snack or side dish.  You can microwave them for about 3-4 minutes and they are all ready to eat.  I love Trader Joe's Chicken Gyoza Potstickers.  You can enjoy 7 potstickers for only 230 calories and 13 grams of protein.  I usually eat mine with Trader Joe's Sweet Chili Sauce.
