Run 10K App

I am not a distance runner. Never have have been, never will be.  BUT following this app was the closest I have ever come to feeling like one.  If it isn't clear by now, jogging is not my friend, but after following this program I actually enjoyed running.  Run 10k is designed to get you ready to run your first 10k.  The program is 13 weeks long, and consists of 3 interval training workouts per week.  This program doesn't ask for too much- it starts you off slow (very slow) and only requires three days a week..can't get much easier than that!  Even if you are not looking to run a 10k I would still recommend buying this app for some great interval sessions. I really like the workouts during weeks 6, 7 and 8.

Buy it in the itunes store for $0.99, you won't regret it.
