1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded romain lettuce
1 roma tomato
1/2 red or yellow bell pepper
Cook chicken breast and shred it into small pieces. Lay the tortilla chips on a plate and sprinkle the cheese on top. Microwave chips and cheese for 1 minute, or until cheese is melted. Remove from microwave and layer on all of the remaining ingredients.
