Fitness Move of the Week: Power Point



Want to perk up that booty? Do the Power Point.  Self Magazine shares several workouts to lift and tone your backside. I like the move they call the Power Point because it's easy to do and also works the core.  Start on your hands and knees, extend your left leg and right arm simultaneously, hold for 5 seconds and then bring back down.  Try this at home, 12 reps on each side (x2) daily for a firmer tush.
