Fitness Move of the Week: Triceps Extensions

This week's move focuses on the back of your arms.  Triceps Extensions are an easy way to decrease that unwanted arm jiggle.  I love this move because it can be done anywhere- even if you don't have a weight.  To do this move, start with a dumbbell (I usually do 10 lbs or hold two 5 lbs weights) and hold it over your head, arms straight.  Slowly lower the weight backwards until you have made a 90 degree angle with your arms, shown in figure A.  Push your arms back up and repeat.  You can add this move to the end of your workout routine, or do a few reps while you are watching TV.  The more the better! See the full move here Print Friendly and PDF
