Okay guys, it's Saturday which means time for a new fitness move to practice all week:) This week's move is the Jump Lunge. This move is great because it double functions as both a strength and cardio move. Lunges tone allover your legs, but especially the outside of thighs. Adding the jump to this move will rev up your heart rate to make this move really count.
To do the move, stand in lunge position, right leg forward. Jump up in the air, switching legs so you land in a lunge position with your left leg forward. Try and do this move for 40 seconds without stopping. Take a 20 second rest and repeat 3 times.
