"MockChicken" Sandwich


Okay so maybe it isn't as tasty as a real McChicken, but this sandwich is a pretty close second! Making healthy alternatives to some of your favorite fast food meals is possible.  Try my "MockChicken" recipe to satisfy that fast food craving for under 300 calories!

Ingredients: 
1 English Muffin (I use Thomas light multi-grain muffins)
Morning Star Chik Patties
Tomato slices
Lettuce
1 Tablespoon light mayonnaise
Onion slices

Directions:
Lightly toast the english muffin. Cook the chik patties according to the directions.  Assemble the sandwich by putting on the mayo, tomato, lettuce, and onion slices.
