Parmesan Asparagus


Asparagus are one of my all time favorite veggies.  I love asparagus because they are healthy and easy to make.  Try this side with your next dinner.

Ingredients:
1 bunch asparagus
extra virgin olive oil
soy sauce
sea salt
ground black pepper
freshly shaven parmesan cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Spread asparagus over a baking sheet.  Drizzle them with a little olive oil, sea salt and black pepper.  Place in the oven for 10 minutes.  Remove from the oven and add a few dashes of soy sauce to the asparagus.  Cook until done, about 5 more minutes.  Take the asparagus out and immediately sprinkle a bit of parmesan over the top so it melts.
