Pomegranate Champagne Punch


I brought this yummy low cal cocktail to a holiday party this year and it was a hit! For only 128 calories this drink is one you can enjoy without the guilt (and hangover). Plus, it looks sophisticated :)

Ingredients: 
2 cups champagne
1 cup pomegranate juice (try to buy all natural so you don't get added sugars)
1 cup seltzer
1/2 cup citrus vodka
lemon twist for garnish

Directions:
Combine all liquid ingredients into a punch bowl, stir until blended.  Serve over ice with a lemon twist as garnish.
