Ingredients:
1 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
barbecue sauce
12 oz beer (preferably lager)
1/2 onion, sliced into large pieces
Directions:
Put pork tenderloin, onion slices, and beer in a slow cooker. Cook on low for about 7 hours, or on high for 3.5 hours, or until cooked through. Remove pork from slow cooker and drain liquids. Shred the pork with a fork until meet is in small, stringy strips. Mix in the barbecue sauce slowly until you have enough. Don't overload on the sauce! Barbecue sauce is not the healthiest, so try to choose one with less sugar and go easy on the sauce.
