Ingredients:
3 small sweet potatoes
Olive oil cooking spray
Sea salt
Black pepper
Lawry's salt
Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash potatoes and then slice potatoes into thin wedges, about 1/3 inch thick. Coat a baking sheet with olive oil spray and lay potato slices on the sheet. Sprinkle salt, pepper and a touch of Lawry's salt onto potato slices. If you want, you can drizzle a little olive oil on top, but this is not necessary. Cook potato wedges for 10 minutes and then flip them. Cook for another 5 minutes or until soft.
