Breakfast Sandwich




Start your day off with this delicious egg sandwich!

Ingredients:
1 piece whole wheat bread
1 egg
1/4 avocado, sliced
1 teaspoon light mayonnaise
1oz shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Cook egg to your liking, I like mine over hard. Toast bread in a toaster oven, adding cheese about 2 minutes before complete. Cut bread in half and layer the avocado and mayo on one side of the bread. Place the egg on the avocado and then top with the other half of the bread. Eat like a sandwich. Enjoy!
