Kale Chips


There are a million reasons why you need to eat kale.  Kale is the superfood! Low calorie, high fiber, loaded with Vitamin A, C, K, calcium, iron, and antioxidants.  If you're not ready to mix up a kale salad, try making delicious kale chips!  This recipe is super easy so give it a try.

Ingredients:
1 bunch kale
olive oil
sea salt

Directions: 
Preheat oven to 350.  Break the kale leaves off the stem and layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle a little olive oil over the kale leaves and top with sea salt.  Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until leaves start to brown.   Print Friendly and PDF
