There's nothing better than good roasted vegetables. I love roasting veggies because it's incredibly easy and almost always turns out perfect. This dish is a perfect side to pair with any entrée. Low calorie and delicious, eat your veggies!
Ingredients:
vegetables, any kind. Onion, brussels sprouts, carrots and potatoes are great options.
sea salt
pepper
oregano
basil
rosemary
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss vegetables with spices and layer into a baking dish. Cook for 35-40 minutes or until tender
