Tilapia is top on my list when it comes to fish. I enjoy finding new recipes using fish and this one I found from Self Magazine is full of flavor. The original recipe calls for Sole but I swapped it with Tilapia instead. I also used only about half of the butter that the recipe calls for. Try this for a healthy week night meal.
