I havent met many people who don't appreciate the amazing taste of arugula. Right now i'm all about food that is healthy and easy to make. This salad has only 4 ingredients and can be made in minutes. Toss this together as a side salad and enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 cups arugula
freshly shaven parmesan cheese
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Put arugula in a serving bowl. Toss with desired amount of olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle parmesan on top.
