This Peppermint Fudge recipe is as easy as ever and perfect for the Holidays. NO BAKING INVOLVED! Enjoy:)
2 cups dark chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 14 oz. can fat free sweetened condensed milk
1/4 tsp. almond abstract
candy canes, crushed
Combine white and dark chocolate chips and condensed milk into a large saucepan. Heat over low heat until chocolate chips are melted, stirring frequently. Right before you remove from the heat, add the almond abstract and stir. Line an 8x8 inch pan with foil or parchment paper and pour melted chocolate mixture into the pan. Sprinkle the crushed candy canes on top and pat down lightly.
Refrigerate for 2 hours and then cut into squares.
