These Shrimp Tacos are seriously delicious. They're simple to make and if you buy your shrimp cooked then it only takes about 15 minutes to throw together. Enjoy!
2 small Tortillas
6 large cooked shrimp
1/4 Teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup broccoli slaw
Salt and pepper to season
1/4 Cup chopped fresh cilantro
juice of one lime
half an avocado
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil and crushed red pepper. Once pan is hot, add the shrimp and saute until both sides are cooked and golden brown. Add the broccoli slaw to the pan and cook about 1 minute.
In a small bowl, mash the avocado and then mix in lime juice in cilantro. Stir until combined. Season with Salt and pepper.
Heat tortillas up and then add shrimp, broccoli slaw and dressing to your tortilla.
